Went in expecting a physical, I thought that was what I scheduled, and only ended up getting my prescriptions updated.
Waited for one hour in examining room before doctor arrived. No one came in to check on me or offer an explanation about the delay. No apologies for delay when the appointment finally happened.
Good experience.
Dr is very good and competent. Nurse is friendly and timely. No complaints there. Only issue is the receptions could present with a smile and have a friendly demeanor. Does her job well, but not welcoming at all.
