Never Never would I recommend Dr Regan. I made my first medicare physical with Dr Regan after reviewing my advantage plan options only to arrive and be told Dr Regan doesn't see first time medicare patients. And the staff knew I was a new patient with medicare. So I canceled on site. Then staff enters MyChart that I 'missed' and was 'no show' lie lie lie. Horrible
Care provider took time to take care of my concerns
The wait time to see the doctor was almost 1 hour! The staff did not inform me of the wait time.
I'm always at ease when my appointment is at hand, even when venues were changed I enjoy the whole process start to finish.
Dr. Regan was awesome. So nice, caring, and a cool guy. Very knowledgeable. Thank you Dr!!
Dr. Regan and his assistant are responsive and courteous. The nurse is always cheerful and she listens. Dr. Regan listens, gives the best advice, and he has always been attentive to my health. There's a genuine concern and he shows it in his actions and feedback.
