Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Yes, and my child loves them!

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Do you trust this pediatrician to always have your child's best interest in mind? Yes, I trust them Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes

Did this pediatrician respect your views and opinions on parenting? Absolutely! They made an extra effort to support and encourage me Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Yes, and my child loves them!

Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Sometimes, a little too often Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating

Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Yes, I had to reorganize my schedule

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes
