Wonderfully sweet when she thinks she can get a commission from you. Once she realizes she cannot, a complete personality change. Shockingly disrespectful, pushy and avaricious. She may be skilled at selling properties, but if you ever enter into a dispute with her, she is not a good person. Thus, thoughtfully consider whether you want to conduct business with a person like this. Courtney is a fantastic agent, as are all of the CVRG staff that I interacted with when selling my home!
