Worst experience from "healthcare workers" (and i use the term loosely) I have ever experienced! called patient relations while I was still a patient and I have yet to hear anything... every nurse except 2 were nice. couldn't get a straight answer from any of the staff, not the nurses, the nurse manager or the doctors. Came for surgery on the 30th of November for a total thyroidectomy surgery. Everyone was so kind and made me as comfortable as possible before and after my surgery. Didn't have to wait to long for a room after being in recovery which I was there for 3 to 4 hours. I thank all the nurses on the 4th floor and in recovery. I don't understand some of the bad reviews. I guess everyone is different.
I had a hip replacement at the Wilmington Hospital location. Could not have received better treatment.
Communication from the minute I got here was terrible! Woke me up for surgery without me even speaking to a doctor. So many misses from the moment I got there until the moment I left.
this hospital can not help you with things in your body. worst hospital in the world. they only care when you are bleeding, not if youre in pain. your ER needs major updating. end of story.
