Dr. Heywood is great. He sits down and listens to my concerns. My total knee replacement surgery he performed last year was a very positive experience and the result has been fantastic. I will recommend him to all my friends and family.

Dr. Heywood was very thorough in his analysis and answered all of my questions directly and explained what my options are going forward. I highly recommend Dr. Heywood.
I see Dr. Heywood for both of my knees. It’s time to replace them after a few years of muddling around with pain and discomfort. He’s a very knowledgable doctor, and his demeanor is very reassuring and calm which I appreciate.
Dr Heywood is great. He listens to your issues and asks questions to figure out the best option for the patient.
Dr. Heywood seemed like a very competent yet conservative physician. I did not get to spend much time with him the facility is a bit of a mill. I waited for over an hour just to get into my room and then met with the physician's assistant to tell me I would be waiting longer. The doctor usually seems hurried as if he's desperately trying to keep up. I'm not sure if it's worth wading through this office even if he's great. Ask for your notes because they won't have time to tell you in person.
