Dr answered my concerns, questions. Listened carefully to my update. Asked me questions Discused respectfully. Kindly shared expertise, made recommendations about scheduling surgery, conveyed timeline for healing & resuming daily activities. Pleasant (even humble) manner. Excellent reputation. Remembered previous meeting 6 months ago. I have not yet had surgery from him.

I was lucky enough to get an appointment due to a cancellation. I injured my shoulder exactly 2 weeks ago. The office did call day of my appointment and request that I get X-rays done before my appointment with the doctor That day. Wish I was asked prior to that as I did let the person making my appointment that I had no images. I was able to get that done after about an hour and a half wait at WCH. I appreciated that all necessary documents that needed completing came via email so I was able to have paperwork complete. Dr H... read more

Dr. Haywood was friendly and professional. He took the time to listen to me and understand what was going on with my knee. It was a good doctor visit I wouldn’t change a thing.

Dr. Heywood treated my hip issue 4 +/- years ago. He explained options for my current knees issue succinctly and administered the agreed treatment. Dr. Heywood is a really good, nice doctor!
Dr Heywood takes the time to listen, cares about his patients and keeps himself well educated on the latest research and techniques. I highly recommend him!
