Dr. Heywood and his phenomenal staff treated my son and I with such great service. They were very thorough and were very detailed on every step along the way. Dr. Heywood was very caring and understanding, he was very professional and personable.
Starting fro. The time you entee the door, you are greeted 1st class. All stafd are curteos and kind. Dr heywood talks to like you are.important .
What a breath of fresh air to find a doctor who LISTENS to everything, takes his time analyzing MRI’s X-rays AND your input and decides in the least invasive treatment before jumping right to surgery. Dr. Heywood is intelligent, thorough, & kind and he treats you as an individual with unique issues and provides individualized solutions. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Listened to my concerns. Very personable and professional. Gave straight information on what to expect to heal my broken arm.
Wasn't sure what to expect with consultation. Dr. Heywood and staff asked the right questions, took more x-rays to be thoroughly tested for break, tear or dislocation of shoulder.
