long wait but worth it
I saw Dr. Heywood for a 1 month checkup after my hip surgery. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. Dave, the X-ray tech was great, let me look at the images and answered a few questions. I’m very grateful to Dr. Heywood for doing the emergency surgery on me. I have only heard good things about him. He answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. It was a very positive experience.
I had no wait time. Dr Heywood listened to my concerns and made appropriate recommendations. Thank you Dr Heywood!
I work with Dr Heywood and recently had a work related injury. I saw his kindness and professionalism in the hospital and have now experienced as a patient in his office.
I am very pleased with the results of my appointment today with Dr.Heywood. He listened to my concerns & discussed what he would do first. Then returned & told me the results of the X-rays & what he recommended. I agreed & he proceeded with the treatment. I left very happy with the results & in an hour. Very pleased.
Dr. Haywood is absolutely the "Best Orthopedic Doctor" in Northern California! Hands Down! Here is my story. I was in an accident and was hurt pretty bad. l could feel the intense in my lower back and hip.. The Doctor I was referred to did not really care about helping me, instead of getting the right tests he put me in 2 year's of physical therapy! Yes, I would recommend this office to family & friends. The staff were friendly and helpful. This was my first visit. Dr. Heywood did not recommend surgery at this time. I hope I never need surgery it is a big decision. If I needed a physician to do my surgery in the future I would ask Dr. Heywood to do the surgery for me. For now I will manage my pain with my current medications.
Dr. Heywood is a great surgeon and has really good communication skills.
