I have been working next door for about 13 years. Food has always been great. One of my favorite memories of exceptional service and care about the St. Vincent's Birmingham, was during the winter freeze in 2014, Chris Z's was open during the entire storm, so people would have somewhere to come in out of the cold and get something to eat.

Chris could quit being ridiculous and charge the owners' of Jimmy's Hot Dogs a reasonable rent. Tripling the rent at one time is just being a jerk. Due to this, I will never ever give you any of my dollars.
