Contrary to what the last reviewer said I have found chris to be professional, caring and conscientious. He’s been in the business a long time. The reviewer may not realize that he’s only required to give a 30 day notice. Landlord’s expenses are through the roof. Insurance and maintenance have all increased as well as property taxes.

Kicks tenants out with 60 days notice while Miami is going through a boom period, and responds with: “The tenants can find something. It’s not going to be as nice or on the water, but they’ve had it nice for a long time.” He is a terrible human being.
