Own a 2016 Ram 2500, that I purchased at a different local dealer. None the less, I will not take my truck back to that dealer! Chris Nikel stepped in and did the full T15 service on my truck. Buyer beware!!!!! I had been looking for a used Nissan Maxima & found one I liked at Chris nikel. When I went to buy it I was promised a lot of things. For one they promised me a $20 oil change for the life of my vehicle. Been getting my oil changed for three years now & last time I took it in they wouldn't honor their policy. They said it had changed. They only offer the $20 oil change to Chrysler vehicles. Even though I purchased from them. Won't be going back. I recently purchased a new 2017 jeep Cherokee and could not have been happier with my overall experience.
