I was so happy today to go and see the vehicle I had on mind, obviously I already know what I want. So, I didn’t want to test drive it, a 2024 Jeep- but I have a Jeep I need to replace - I had to come in alone to get it appraised. I've been here several times and always have such great service! Marcella was awesome and did what they could to make the process easier and cheaper. Definitley will be returning!

Fast and easy
I purchased a Jeep from this dealer in January 2024. The buying process was efficient. Since buying the Jeep the process to receive my title has been a NIGHTMARE. The salesman Bryson Paugh has been anything but efficient. I bought the Jeep January 29, 2024. The dealership didn't file the paperwork until 2/15/2024. The paperwork they completed was incorrect and rejected by the MVA but no one did anything about it. A supervisor at the MVA showed me all the errors on the paperwork. This dealership is beyond terrible. At least in the used car market. My son purchased a used vehicle and less than 5 miles down the road is started having issues. Lights on the dash. Death wabble. I feel obviously they new about the issues because they dropped the asking price from 24k to 18k. My son immediately contacted them. The response "oh well you bought as is." Cost $3200 to get it repaired the next day. Asked the Manager if he would be willing to at least split the cost. Nope.....state we ensure our no war... read more
