We bought a slightly used Ram EcoDiesel from Chris Nikel over a month ago. There is some issue with the sensor or something. They have gone above and beyond trying to get the problem taken care of. First, getting them to answer the phone is a nightmare. I called 3 times and was hung up on once. They did the work on my jeep (recall and warranty) in a timely fashion, which pleases me, but work on answering the phone.

I bought a 2015 Dodge Ram EcoDiesel two years ago from Chris Nikel Dodge and it has had major problems for two straight years. Over the last 6 months it has had the exact same problem 4 times, I have taken it in to the dealership each time, and they have yet to fix the issue. Most recently they have now told me that I need to pay close to $400 for maintenance, which conveniently my max care warranty does not cover, and that MIGHT fix the engine problems. Had a recall on the passenger side air bag. I called them up on Monday to set an appointment up to get it repaired. They set me an appt. for Wednesday, they had me in and out in just 1.5 hrs. We bought our '05 Dakota there brand new & have always had good service there.
Service department needs trained in customer communication. Terrible communication or better stated non communication. With all the technology today not telling your customers what is going on is pitiful.
