Stephany and I spoke on the phone and I told her about my whole experience with the vehicle we purchased. Everyone was super friendly and helpful while buying my truck. The prices are firm but there are no extra processing fees in the end. Chase was great to work with, I was coming from NW Arkansas to look at the truck and he even went in on his day off to look at the truck to answer my questions and even sent me additional pictures of the truck. Sitting here in the service area waiting room for the 3rd time for the same repair on the Jeeps AC unit. No offer of a ride....they didn't have a loaner car available for any of the visits we have brought the Jeep in for. The last time we had it in they kept it for a week to find and fix the problem that didn't stay fixed and I had to make all the phone calls for follow up about the service it was having. I have always been satisfied with the service until yesterday. I wash to get a wash & vacuum. The guy delivered my car no wash, no vacuum. So I said it was to have these done. "Oh, so you want me to wash & vacuum it". He took it back to the bay for a wash, brought it back still a lil dirt on the one rocker panel & they vacuumed the passengers front floor mat, nothing else. I had already spent 2 hrs, I was not going to spend any more of my time with that lazy a** person. Wish I had got his name. 😞
