I live a couple of hours away but continue to purchase vehicles at Chris Nikel because of the outstanding customer service. We just bought our third car and as usual it was a pleasant experience. Abel and his service department are first class. My fiat 500e had to be towed to their location bc it was the closest certified service center that worked on Electric cars. He went above & beyond when it came to helping us figure out how to use the uhaul car transport. I really wish his team were in Wichita (where I live) as they were not helpful at all when I was looking for a service center.
I had a great experience yesterday at Chris Nikel. I had to take my car in for a recall repair and having never been there I had no idea what to expect. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the repair area and especially the friendliness and efficiency of everyone there. Five stars all the way!
I’m just mad due to the engine light comes on due to stupid capless gas. Can’t auto start my Jeep.
