So, I just purchased my very first brand new vehicle and Jeep! I love it! The shopping experience was very good and our salesman, Joseph, was a no pressure kind of saleman which is what I need when I'm car shopping. He was very laid back and very helpful! I recommend these guys for sure.

We went Saturday and ended up purchasing TWO cars! Cedric was a trooper, letting us take our time looking at several cars until we found what we wanted. Then Matt worked his finance magic to save us money and help us get back on track with our financial goals. You didn’t send the title in the mail so we had to drive up and pick it up which is an hour out of our way. When we got there we asked for the guy that we talked to on the phone and he was “busy” and left the paperwork with the secretary staff. When the tag is up on 5/4! You give a 1 week dealer tag, seriously! Bull crap! Will not EVER buy from you all again!!!! Poor office staff especially a lady named JILL who refused to let me talk to her supervisor over the phone or in person!!

I had a wonderful experience shopping for my new 2018 Jeep Cherokee. My salesperson, Joseph Wheeler, was very knowledgeable about the Cherokee and was a good listener as to what I wanted in a car. Matt, the finance person was very good at explaining my options, which I appreciate. We have bought several cars from Chris Nikel over the years because of their knowledgeable employees and great service department.
