Able made things right after I left with a scratch on my car, he called and helped my through the issue. My service advisor was good also I just ended up calling and got transferred to many places and the issue got lost in translation. But happy to know Abel was there to follow up and fix the issue. I’d definitely recommend Abel with his professionalism and dedication to the dealership.
Start by adding some customer service I will never return and this I my 5th dodge truck.

After having initially what was a very unfavorable experience, the service manager Abel contacted me and smoothed things over. I wasn't completely satisfied, but he compromised and put the customer first. I've worked with Abel previously before he was promoted to manager and he was just as helpful then as he is now. While I still have a few issues with how my service visit(s) were handled, Abel is the model Service Manager. Well done.
After a huge cluster and problems with FCA they stuck with it and got my car fixed. Turns out it was FCA not making parts available that took us so long to get our Nav fixed.
