A few weeks after purchasing a preowned vehicle from Chris Nikel we had a couple of issues present themselves and we also discovered we didn't have a spare tire. They immediately ordered a tire and got that installed. For the other issues, they put us in a rental car while they serviced our vehicle. I used to live in BA but have since moved back to NC, well Chris Nikel repaired my car when I rear ended someone over a year ago. Well the radiator started to leak so I called and I told them I would be in town for a wedding, they made an appointment and replaced the bad radiator and was all under warranty. That is AWESOME SERVICE!!!!!
