2 hours for an oil change with one car ahead of me.
I will NEVER buy another car here again and will tell anyone I know also not to. The only good customer service you get is when you leave a bad review and they want you to take it off. NOT happening this time so do not contact me.
RecommendedI picked out a used pickup online, and made an appointment to come in and look at it. I arrived at 3:15 pm, and drove off the lot at 5:20 with everything finished. Dean, our salesman, was great, and so was Deanna with Communication Federal Credit Union.
This was a painless car buying process. The salesman and the finance department were outstanding. No pressure. They made us feel at ease. Once we decided what we wanted everything was taken care of quickly. It was the quickest purchase we have made. This is the 2nd car we have purchased from Chris Nikel, and I don’t know why we ever go anywhere else.
dont get a vehicle here .. my wife got a 2016 Chrysler town and country from here. took it in in jan for trouble with the transmission.right before warranty ran out and they said it was fine. now this past week my wife broke down in Dallas due to the transmission.so my wife and kids were broke down in dallas over night and now the service depart is screwing us..

Very disappointed in my service appointment today. Wasted my time and money. Sorry I purchased here.
Went to check out a used Charger Hellcat on your lot earlier this evening and was told no to a test drive without a credit check. I was given the run around on how "we like to keep the miles low on these." I explained that I wanted to see how the a8 responded in the platform and was told "well I unlocked it for you if you want to see the inside." Oh thanks, idiot. I walked off, got in my Challenger Hellcat M6 and left. Way to profile you guys, keep up the good work.
