RecommendedDisappointed in the new appointment "express" oil change service. Stopped by during lunch hour for express oil change as I have done numerous times before. Was told there was a 2 hour wait unless I have an appointment. Not the worst part, understandably it gets busy on some days. However, was told that appointments allow you to skip the line and only wait 30-45 mins. Still not what I call "express" , but ok. We've been looking for a small cargo van to convert into a micro-camper and decided on a Ram Promaster City. Chris Nikel only had one in stock, but it was exactly the one we were looking for! We got an excellent deal and the finance guy even managed to get us a lower rate than the one we were initially quoted. This is the second car we've purchased from this dealership, and I have no reason to think our next one won't come from there as well. We're counting down the days until we take our new van to the Grand Canyon!

I will never buy a vehicle here because of the way they treat their employees. My son is 18 and got a job as a detailer. He liked his coworkers and really enjoyed his job. He was promoted within 2 months. However, they had him driving and moving cars a lot, including driving them to the other dealership. Another employee asked Jacob to follow him to a shop to drop a vehicle off and my son backed into a vehicle in the parking lot. Chris Nikel doesn’t stand by their warranties! My car ran out of oil for what reason? They did oil consumption tests and say that Dodge denied a new engine but when we called dodge they say Chris Nikel denied it (Hmmmm) No one seems to care that it has a vibration and that I smell antifreeze and that it sounds like the lifters are going to fly out, seems to me that they would at least drive it! I am so disappointed that I have to be stuck with a lemon that will not last long enough to get paid off.
Incredibly easy to deal with. They make buying and choosing a new car enjoyable not stressful. I love when I pull in there’s not 10 sales people heading for my car ready to attack. Love them! I’ve bought my last 2 cars from them and will continue too.
