My husband left a raving review for the Jeantets after the purchase of our home in 2014 when we trusted them through a cross-country relocation to an unfamiliar area. They advised us to offer full asking on a home sight-unseen, even though is was above our absolute max price-point, insisting that we were making a great "investment". Chris and Maria are wonderful realtors. They are very knowledgeable of real estate in the Redding area as well as honest and hardworking. I loved working with the Jeantet team. They sold our house quickly. When we ran into set backs due to problems on the buyers end they quickly were able to work with the other agent and solve the problems. I would recommend this team to anyone selling or buying a home.

Chris and Maria were amazing to work with! We were out of town sellers and they kept us up to date every second. Our house even sold in 3 days! The whole process was so smooth and we didn't even have to make the trip back to Redding to close. They set up a closing for us locally (3 states away) and everything was handled perfectly. We closed on time and are happy to know that another family is enjoying our first home as their own!
