Naomi went above and beyond. She was so helpful and followed through quickly on every question and every detail. She offer advice and was quick to change focus when needed on my likes and dislikes. I was from out of town and she kept up communication at all times. She videotaped homes when I couldn’t be there and even picked up my mail when everything was completed. I am so grateful for her knowledge and expertise.
Chris and Maria are an excellent team. They met with us three months before we wanted to put our house on the market and were completely supportive. Maria ended up representing us and Chris represented the buyers. All through the process, Maria kept us completely informed and answered any questions or concerns we had. I highly recommend the Jeantet Real Estate team. I moved to Redding from Sacramento so was not in town for most of the closing process. Chris, Maria, et all helped handle all the details from scheduling house hunting appointments, inspection details, reinspection details, and a whole list of contractors to paint, refloor, fix stuff, and of course, move. They were available through the whole process. What more can you ask of your realtor?

She has great knowledge and even if she doesn't know something we asked, she always knows who to ask and help us access needed information. But the most important thing is that she always has an upbeat and optimistic attitude and energy to our complicated process.
