The Jeantet Team is incredible. There were some difficult situations which arose in our purchase, they were on top of things at all times and kept us well informed every step of the way. We love our new home.
Maria and Chris did an excellent job of marketing our home with vineyard. They went the extra mile, hiring professional photographer, and presenting our home to the local realtors. It sold much faster than we expected :) Maria was also great in scouting out houses that met our criteria to buy. She was thorough and diligent in researching what was on the market. They were a delight to work with. I would highly recommend them.
The Jeantet team provides a well versed staff that was patient with me throughout the home search process. I dealt primarily through one of their agents (Rick Gross) searching the Redding area. They were responsive to my desires and active in refining their search to find homes that fit me. Chris and Maria and their lovely team including Kyla and Barbara worked extensively over 1 year to help us get our house sold. We worked with them on a huge range off issues, including getting tricky tenants out and getting roof and deck bids and remedying safety hazards.
