We met Chris and Maria months earlier at an open house. They were professional, enthusiastic, and not pushy. We had been thinking about selling, so when that day came, we called them immediately. They came to our home, gave us frank advice on what needed to be done to sell quickly and at a good price. They were responsive and available throughout the get-ready-to-sell process. Our home sold in less than 2 weeks.

The Jeantet's were very professional, and personal, during our Redding home purchase. We moved ~1,800 miles, and they were very accommodating to our needs both when we were in town, and negotiating from a distance. We even bought our home, site unseen, based on their recommendation. I can't say we would have done that with any past realtors. We truly appreciate all they did, and would comfortably recommend their service to anyone.

Chris and Maria make a great team! They are very honest, hardworking people and were always quick to get back to me when I had questions. Anyone who picks them as real estate agents to represent them will be getting their money's worth! They will fully advertise the property to all real estate media's and will work very had to bring in the asking price to the seller.

The Jeantet's were wonderful. I was trying to make a fast sale for the most money. Sound familiar? They had people to help me with everything. I got a pre sale inspection and wanted to fix the problems. They knew everyone. Painter? Check. Window washer? Check. Duct cleaning? Check. And most important of all, stager.
