Chris helped me short-sale my property in 2011. This was not an easy process and it took a long time but Chris kept me informed the entire time. He kept up on it even as my loan switched from three different lenders handling it! He is definitely an expert and came up with some great solutions to curve balls the bank threw at us. As an out of state investor I have purchased 7 properties from Chris Castillo at CPA Advantage Realty, LLC in the last two years. The CPA in the name refers to the fact that Chris is a Certified Public Accountant, although not currently practicing. Chris has been great with helping us find the perfect house! He spent every Sunday, all day, showing us different properties and working overtime to make sure we had all our questions answered and offers acknowledged.
