Chris listed our house in Peoria. We were pushing the envelope on the price we wanted. Chris listed it, Marketed it and sold it for our desired price. We even had multiple offers. He has also sold us another house and a piece of property to build a new house on. Chris is very professional,responsive and personable. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.
Chris was patient and worked around our schedule as well. Knowledgeable and worked to show us properties he felt met our requirements. No pressure and was very helpful.

Cathy Pedersen is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of Real Estate , she was able to negotiate the price of the home I purchased to exactly where It needed to be. She knows all the ins and outs and exactly what questions to ask and when. She is excellent at building inspection negotiations and is second to none at getting the home to the closing table .

I've known Chris for almost 15 years; I bought my two Phoenix investment properties from him and am selling them through him as well. He's always been a straight shooter in advising me about local market conditions and I always feel he 'has my back'. He recommended I NOT sell a few years ago because the market was still trending upward, so he was more concerned about doing right by me than getting a quick commission. I recommend him without reservations of any kind.
