When my girlfriend called to let the restaurant know we’d be about five minutes late, it seemed like the host deliberately hung up on her before answering. The server came across with some attitude, got both of our orders wrong, and gave a passive-aggressive apology. I ordered the breakfast steak and eggs but didn’t receive the eggs, and my girlfriend was offered a side that never arrived.
