While staying at the Sutton Hotel for the evening, Chop Steakhouse & Bar was a very convenient dining experience and parking was no issue for us. It could be more challenging otherwise. We dined by the bar so I do not have photos available for the main dining are but it looked beautiful, cozy with dim lighting and comfortable booth sitting. This was my first time dining here and I wish I had more time to try main courses but we had a hockey game to attend so we focused our choices on the appetizer and soup/salad menus.
