You never want to have a child stay in the hospital, however the experience was very comforting. The doctors and nurses and other staff were very attending to your needs to aloud you to focus on the matter of your childs care...
I liked them just as I like Chop Philadelphia. They were very nice and made sure you was comfortable.
Very happy with how quickly we were moved through the ER process, from arrival to departure we were there 3 hours. This included x-rays. When we arrived the waiting room was filled, so they moved very efficiently! We also were very happy with the care, everyone we interacted with kept us informed and were open to questions or concerns.
Went here when my son was very sick at 3 weeks old. They found out what was going on ASAP n shipped us to CHOP in Philadelphia. Today i needed help for my son who is now 4 and called here n they helped me with no problem at all. Caring people who are about their jobs and want the absolute best for their patients. I appreciate EVERYONE at this hospital. Your hard work, dedication, and big hearts doesn't go unnoticed!! Thank you so much
Great experience and very impressed with continuity between specialists and Philadelphia hospital.
Took my 2 month old daughter there because she was very sick with wheezing and being unable to breathe . Family doctor suggested this Hospital so we brought her very nice facility very nice people. but all rooms were filled they saw my daughter in the family room basically told me she has bronchiolitis and there was nothing they could do and sent us home. as I took her home and me being a mother I knew something wasn't right so I went to another hospital to get a second opinion come to find out my daughter had RSV and pneumo... read more
