getting rid of Dr. Limmer. by listening to patients and their parents concerns without disregarding the completely. she missed some major issues when concerns were repeatedly brought up. now my child suffers terribly and will forever for things that could have been treated when she was young. several issues should have been discovered early to get treatment, avoid growth and development problems and not still be in so much physical and emotional pain. i won't ever recommend her as a dr or forgive her
I have been calling since Thursday morning to schedule appointment for my son I understand that this is peak season but this is just ridiculous I even left a message at mychop and still no phone call from anyone
RecommendedI love this office. I can always get my kids in when they are sick same day. BUT if you need a well check or a Physical for get it. Next appointment is well into FEB 2020 and it is Aug 2019. Maybe they should open another office or stop taking new kids
Certain receptionist has no customer service manner, extremely rude. You can never get an appointment when you request one. The nurses know better than a parent attitude( that's why we ended up in ER 3x with ear infection diagnosis because they refused to see my child.) They dont call with test results. Its ashame because there is 2 or 3 great doctors and 1 or 2 great nurses with this practice.
