Dr. Doolin and Lauren were fantastic. We ended up at the wrong location, and being 15 mins late but he still agreed to see our daughter. He was very informative, helpful, and reassuring.
A special thank you to the team at CHOP Voorhees. My son threw up 5 times in an hour span so I took him to a closer hospital first. The wait there was 2 hours so I decided to drive a bit farther to CHOP Voorhees. Not only did they admit us in a few minutes, the team there was amazing. They diagnosed the issue, treated it quickly and most importantly helped my kids have a good time (as good as one can have in a hospital). I have to say the billing department is very deceitful...one visit for one specialist = two bills in the mail with two separate copays. All because a med student came into the room in the middle of the visit to go over the same questions we already answered four times. How does that make any sense? Should I expect another bill from the woman who took my son’s blood pressure? Is there a check in fee that the receptionist is going to send me soon? Incredible care, thank you for caring for my son who is 2 and came in to the children’s ER throwing up after a head injury. Thank you for the pajamas, stickers, popsicles, teddy bear...thank you for cleaning up his throw up and helping me to calm down. May you all be forever blessed for the work you do. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you all are absolutely amazing.
Absolutely HORRIBLE wait times. Both times here not called till over an hour past appointment time. Known to overbook doctors but not communicate with patients til you complain in waiting area then rush to hush you up.
Came in at 345pm as my son fell and his chin is very swollen . Ped though he fractured so sent us here. It’s been 4.5 hrs and we had a cat scan . Still don’t have the results since someone didn’t end the study. My son is hungry and very tired . Was supposed to be given ice and no one came . Note there was no one here when we arrived . Never again . Will drive to Philly
