Certain receptionist has no customer service manner, extremely rude. You can never get an appointment when you request one. The nurses know better than a parent attitude( that's why we ended up in ER 3x with ear infection diagnosis because they refused to see my child.) They dont call with test results. Its ashame because there is 2 or 3 great doctors and 1 or 2 great nurses with this practice.
RecommendedIn and out! x-rays, full work up and radiologist report all in thirty minutes! Now, for some healing for Jack. Thank you CHOP for making a tough situation so much more manageable❤️
I’ve never had to wait 5 months for a well visit. This is crazy. I hope my son doesn’t get sick he might have to wait months for that. Time to look into another doctor office. Going down hill

RecommendedOutstanding, professionalism, quality and cleanliness. Well oiled machine from the parking to the discharge. The nurses were very kind and comforting. Dr Shaw is awesome 👏🏻 communication was on point! I was truely amazed at the level of care. I’ve been all over NYC and started taking my daughter to CHOP two years ago and I’m so glad I did. I will never return to NYC. And I live in Staten Islans. The comments wasn’t bad at all no traffic 1 1/2 would have taken longer to get 10 miles into NYC! Very pleased!
RecommendedDr. Doolin and Lauren were fantastic. We ended up at the wrong location, and being 15 mins late but he still agreed to see our daughter. He was very informative, helpful, and reassuring.
Seriously one of the worst pediatrician office since I’ve transferred. I really want to stay but unfortunately, I have to make another move. Lack of carelessness, communication, returning calls by all doctors/nurses/managers. Making an appointment is also another hassle. Some medical assistants and front desk secretaries there needs to work on their attitudes as well. I would NOT recommend this office whatsoever. My daughter deserves much better care than this!
Doctor and nurse were very kind, but wait was 90 minutes. Way too long for little ones.
They turned away my 2 month old baby for an insurance issue and because I couldn’t pay out of pocket. I haven’t worked in 2 months and every bill I have is behind. They couldn’t try to recommend where I could get help or financial assistance.
