Amazing everyone is nice my sons doctor is beyond great I’m glad I change his primary care from Einstein’s peds in philly to CHOP
I’ve been coming to this office for 18 years. It was great when my kids were small. They have moved 3 times. The old staff is wonderful. However the past couple of years the practice has not been the same. The newer ladies at the front desk are extremely rude. You can never get through when you call to make an appointment or speak to someone. It seems they over book cause the wait to be seen for any type of appointment is god awful. I’m so glad my kids are are older now and can be seen elsewhere.
The absolute best staff. They truly care about my family. The doctors are the best, and the wait time is tolerable, especially with all the kid friendly activities in he waiting area. My kids never want to leave!

I’m not happy with them, I took my grandson with some sort of infected rash they took a culture said call in a couple days for results, well it’s been 5 days, I made 4 calls today and was put off every time oh the dr has to tell you they will call you, they are only open from 4-10 and don’t return calls. Is he contagious? Is it serious? A nurse can’t tell me when dr is busy? WTH??
If I could rate this place 0 I would. My newborn son suffered countless fractures due to them misdiagnosing him multiple times. He was put on medication that he did NOT need, and suffered in pain due to them believing he had "acid reflux". He also almost died from them recommending rice cereal in his bottle. He turned blue and stopped breathing because of this and i had to rush him to the ER. CHOP doesn't mean anything, they think they are "it" because they are "CHOP" doctors. I wouldn't take my dog to this place.

RecommendedDr. Kaminski is amazing with my daughter. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
