RecommendedA special thank you to the team at CHOP Voorhees. My son threw up 5 times in an hour span so I took him to a closer hospital first. The wait there was 2 hours so I decided to drive a bit farther to CHOP Voorhees. Not only did they admit us in a few minutes, the team there was amazing. They diagnosed the issue, treated it quickly and most importantly helped my kids have a good time (as good as one can have in a hospital). absolutely not I'm sitting here with a small child inside of a waiting room for over an hour now
I have to say the billing department is very deceitful...one visit for one specialist = two bills in the mail with two separate copays. All because a med student came into the room in the middle of the visit to go over the same questions we already answered four times. How does that make any sense? Should I expect another bill from the woman who took my son’s blood pressure? Is there a check in fee that the receptionist is going to send me soon? RecommendedIncredible care, thank you for caring for my son who is 2 and came in to the children’s ER throwing up after a head injury. Thank you for the pajamas, stickers, popsicles, teddy bear...thank you for cleaning up his throw up and helping me to calm down. May you all be forever blessed for the work you do. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you all are absolutely amazing.
Have waited two hours and 20 minute just for them to see my child at the end of the day my child was still not seen I have to walk out
You can't call them directly for an appointment. You have to talk to an off site call center. They take your details and say someone will call you back. Nobody ever does. If you ever do get an appointment, block out at least four hours of your day because that's how long you'll be there.
