I had a good experience when I called to pay off my accounts but I would Like to know how long it takes for them to take the accounts off my credit report
I paid my account and they do NOT report it!! They are quick to put it on your report, but don’t report when it’s paid!!

We received Ms. ********** account in 2014. It was paid on 05/06/20. We update the credit bureaus monthly and will be sure to include her account update to the bureaus on our next file. We have also provided Ms. ********a paid in full letter. We apologize she is unhappy about our reporting frequency.
Found a "Choice Recovery" account on my CBR so I contacted the group. I didn't know who they were or why I had a collections bill on my CBR. I contacted the company to discuss the issue. I found my account representative (I wish I remembered her name right away) to be very helpful and informative. She was able to give me all of the information on the original creditor and (working together) we were able to determine that the bill was correct (PB billing for physician services not covered under insurance from ED Visit). I rec'd a notice that I had a collection on my credit report. It is from Choice Recovery Inc.. I have no idea what this is for. I have not rec'd any calls or letters.. no emails or anything. I am not behind in any of my bills. Who do I address this if I was not contacted and how do I know how it is from?

I have settled some debt with Choice Recovery on April 7,2020. The phone call was pleasant, but I was promised a letter showing I payed by email and received nothing. Upon me calling back I have been given the run around. I find this very unprofessional on the Company’s end. My payment obviously posted, and an email takes 5 minutes to send. The company already has the template from the attorney!

I apologize Mr. ****** has not received the letter he requested. We have requested it be sent US Mail to avoid any further email delays. This was sent on 4/8/2020 and again on 4/13/2020.
Choice Recovery fees are ridiculous! I have a $100 medical bill that was not paid by insurance. At the time, I was receiving letters from Insurance about the Dr's contract and negotiations. I admit it was my fault as I was dealing with other medical claims. However, I thought once they got the contract finalized, the bill was paid. Clearly I should have followed up. We are sorry if there was a misunderstanding. Ms ******had the option to avoid the $4 convenience fee by mailing in or paying on-line (as stated in the recorded call to our office). Any other fees assessed were through her agreement with the original creditor. They were not added by our company. If she has further question, please call us. We are happy to go into more detail with her.
I paid off my account in full and Choice recovery wants to take their time about removing this balance owed from my credit report.....this should be immediately done as they wanted their payment immediatley.....

Called me several times for a bill with a Dr. however I have two insurance one covers what the other doesn’t, take it up with them! Don’t call me again!
