When I got to the pay my bill website my computer absolutely would not let me on the website because it is unsecured. So I called the number listed to pay by phone. I got a call center which was very noisy with lots of background noise. That and the very heavy accent of the poor man trying to help me made the 35 -minute process arduous at best. ************ calling me multiple times a day for no reason. Saying I owe money from 2020 from a visit my son a 9 year old was at. I work it that hospital and I talked to the insurance he has he is fully ********% covered. And ******* threatening me to move forward thats ok ****************** fake name of course, because when I get done sueing your scam company not only for phone harrassment, but also obtaining a under age childs information. Also scamming people out of money that they dont owe!!

**** S 08/15/2023 I have been harassed by this company about two bills that they claim I owe. Each time they call I ask them for the information on file and if they checked with the insurance company because it was a claim through an insurance . They replied, I see the name of the insurance company and to please remove the false information from credit report. My credit score dropped 50 points because of this false statement. I am a victim of a scam.

I have been harassed by this company for months. Each time they call, I ask for a copy of the original bill and they hang up on me. One of the callers had stated that it was for a medical bill due for a hospital stay, so I called the only hospital I have ever been to in order to see if there were any outstanding bills. They informed me that I was paid in full. They hit my credit twice with two different charges and neither creditor do I owe them anything. They are creating fake charges and placing them on people credit report. The creditor they show I owe is fake. No such company exist.

They called me a few months ago about a debt had my name and recited a social security number that wasnt mine. I told her it wasnt mine, she asked what mine was. I wouldnt give it to her. Called the agency they were representing. The agency had no clue who they were and said that it was a scam. They didnt hire out to the company. Fast forward they are calling me again. Permanent block.

I informed them the bills they are trying to collect for are illegal by Federal Law. I sent them the paperwork from the VA which states this clearly. When the VA pays a bill it is considered paid in full. It is a violation of Federal Law to be any additional charges to the Veteran. Just like ********* I informed the original medical facility and Wakefield & Associates multiple times. Now a medical bill is showing on my credit report. An illegal bill by the way. They are not a real debt collector. They actually tried to get my social security number and told me if I don't provide it they would hurt my credit so I jumped on my 2 credit watching apps nothing so far and they will be disputed immediately if they try. Do not have anything to do with them ever.

Voicemail from ******** Didn't mention debt collection. This company or someone spoofing its toll free number / name is scammy as heck.
