I got a ping for a little over a hundred dollars, then it went up to almost 300 hundred. I was never informed of this debt I supposedly owe, it just showed up out of nowhere. No courtesy, nothing with the company. Won't answer any questions and demand I give them my information and refuse to tell me who they are. Horrible service, horrible people.

I would actually give them a negative 5 stars. This company is so unprofessional and talking with these collectors is insane. Everytime I call they give me a different amount to close acct. Finally paid off and continue to get letters showing balance and when I call they state nothing in notes showing SIF. Was transferred to supervisor several times and phone would ring and nobody ever picked up. This company is the worst collection agency,

My Lawyer has requested a copy of a **** be mailed several times now yet they never come. It has been 4 months or more. I cant get my settlement until they get this ****. I dont believe they are actually being mailed. I know mail gets lost but not consecutively over months and months.

I am fully prepared to work on my collection accounts but I swear to go the call center employees have no sense of their job. I get calls alot and I answer and get hung up on every freaking time, which wouldn't be so annoying if they didn't happen to call when I'm sleeping to be up for a 12 hour 7p to 7a shift and when I call to complain they further invite my attitude by basically excusing it for getting the payment. My wife and I have gotten multiple letters from them for collection on a company that I cant even find online. Each letter has had a different middle initial each time.

I don't even know who these people are but they put at least 10 derogatory items on my credit report out the blue. I wouldn't have known about it but I have monitoring through my bank this is crazy!!!!

I got a **** from this company saying I owe them from Carepoint Emergency Medicine PLLC. There's not a date or anything, not an actual company that I was supposed to have visited. Thing is, I have medical insurance and have for years. Any medical expenses I accrue are paid for through my insurance. There is no reason for them to be billing me for anything.

On two different occasions Wakefield & Associates have tried to collect on a **** that had been paid months prior to them ever calling. They are either crooks, idiots, or both.

This is a predatory company who contacted me about an unverified debt bought from a medical billing type company. Within a month they had access to "flag" my very polished credit score. AS SOON as I get this removed from my credit...I will be looking to see exactly how I can *** them for defamation.
