We tired to get in touch with one of the realtors for several days because of an apartment we were extremely interested in. She ignored our calls and when she would answer, she would ask us to text her instead. But then she would never reply. We also sent an email and never heard back. Needless to say we didn't get the apartment due to very poor communication. I had to get another realtor to contact her to confirm availability.. Unprofessional.
Great company everyone is so helpful and friendly in the office, made me feel very comfortable buying a home with them and when I'm ready to sell I will be selling with them. Overall I had a great experience and will always work with Choice Realty.
