I always enjoy the fitness center! The staff are always pleasant! The steam room temp and pressure is low sometimes. Overall it's great!
Great facility depending on time of day getting to do some weights can be a challenge.
Choice is probably the best fitness center in Grand Forks in terms of its overall facilities and programs, size, program offerings, staff, pool, and flexible membership options. I had a membership there, which does not require a long-term commitment and I also hired a personal trainer. I was very, very happy with the experience and recommend Choice to anyone wanting to improve their physical conditioning.
I truely love the facility and my children also love it. My only thing is, for an indoor pool it should be a bit warmer. I literally freeze when I'm in there. And any chance for a hot tub in the near future, it would be great for people with sore muscles to relax. :-)
The stream room is amazing!! Classes and instructors are great!
