RecommendedI love the zumba classes! For me its more fun to dance than to do traditional exercises. I also enjoy the Silver Sneakers circuit classes.
Love all Zumba classes!!Love there is activities for my kids to be involved in. Love the morning check in staff. Tammy and Boop!! Each staff member has been nice and pleasant!! So they must like their jobs 😁.

They have a nice selection of machines, weights, a pool and several other amenities like racket ball. I have seen people take all sorts of classes there as well. We think the facility is very clean and it's a perfect in town spacious getaway in the winter. We are there nearly everyday during the winter.
Nice facility but over saturated with members currently. There really isn’t any good time of day to come here as it’s always busy and crowded. But they keep selling more memberships, adding to the problem. Also, half the parking lot is snow and there is no parking. Lately, I haven’t bothered with going to gym because there is either a long wait for equipment or it’s just too crowded. Probably won’t renew my membership once it is up.
Great facility for all ages! Their fitness classes are so fun! The swimming pool is perfect for kids to get their energy out in the long winter months.

Kids love going and being able to swim!! So much for the whole family to do together!!
