Wonderful and fun ! Well worth the time to exercise
Not much competition around here for fitness clubs, but this place has most of what you need at a very low rate (show them your Altru badge if you are an employee). You really cannot beat the value for the price. Steam room is clutch in the winter months. My only complaint is how employees push you toward the door before closing time. If you close at 11pm don't start shutting down the lights and putting up equipment at 10:30pm. I've had dirty looks from employees when I am walking out the door at exactly 11pm. My son had an awesome time having a birthday party and swimming at Choice Health & Fitness!
Can we please have a decline chest press machine that utilizes free weights? Additionally, the crossover cable machine only goes up to 150 lbs. Can we have one that permits at least 200 lbs please? Despite these shortfalls, the staff is always courteous and extremely professional. I requested this equipment change 2 years ago. Obviously, your gym doesn't care.
So thankful for this facility and all the great people who work there! Couldn't survive North Dakota winters without it!
