I joined CFX PT program and I absolutely love it! They are very nice and work with you. They give you a nutrition plan along with unlimited group classes.
I've been a member of other gyms, but this is definitely the best gym. I just joined the CFX PT program and love it! The workouts are awesome and the trainers are fantastic!
Love the atmosphere! The staff is always friendly, professional and helpful!! The equipment is great!!
Keep me motivated the people that works there are real nice the cardio machines are really good starter going there 6 months ago or more have no problem with no ☝� I go there to do me not 2 meet people no fake friends just me and God only.�
Go to this gym almost everyday always equipment open so there's not a lot of waiting
I had my fitness consultation with Seamus and it was very informative. Seamus explained everything from nutrition to strength training. We talked about the right course of action for me while keeping it in my budget. I look forward to working with Seamus and the staff to reaching my goal.
I love it at choice fitness. I went to Saturday group class and Hubert worked us hard and I felt great when I left. I also have Seamus as my personal trainer and he is fantastic also. Choice Fitness is s wonderful gym to get your body back in shape and feel strong and healthy again.
Good luck trying to actually workout at this gym, staff comes running over to me while Im deadlifting and tells me im making too much noise and that im disturbing people. Didn't know your gym was a damn library. Cancelling my membership and will be taking my money elsewhere. So sick of these commercial gyms and there "no making noise rules" and "no using chalk rules.." What is this planet fitness? Guess all gyms are going in that direction nowadays.
