Clean gym with a good variety of equipment. The employees are friendly and helpful. The members are great and respectful. Dumbbells go up to 125 lbs. which is great. Overall a great gym and a fair price.
Choice fitness maintains a ridiculous policy that you can only cancel with 1 of 3 managers in person and hold your contract over your head. The managers don’t work accommodating schedules for people that work a normal job and they couldn’t care less. On top of that they are not willing to negotiate refunds with people that are donating to their gym and do not attend. I live and work away from town. It’s very hard to get them to stop deducting money from your bank account. We tried many times to contact then regarding this and never had a return phone call. Tried to make appointment to see the person in charge and none given. Texts went unanswered. They just expect you to give up I suppose.
I usually go to a different CF. I brought my son into the childcare center. He was all by himself with a room full of toys- but the minute I brought him in- the provider switched on the TV and moved the couch up right next to it. He was by himself Staring at the TV for 30-45 minutes before other kids came in. He actually loves to play if told that’s what the option is! I don’t blame her, of course!
