The gym equipment itself is great, but ever since it has changed hands, the staff in the mornings don't even say hello when you walk into the gym or say goodbye as you leave. It's not the way it used to be. As a member of this gym for 8 years, i am no longer going to Choice Fitness in Methuen. I will go to the Choice in North Andover. Its much more people friendly and the people who work out there aren't yapping and crowding machines as much.

Just called this location inquiring about a no $ down $10/mth plan... Jenna said the promotion was not going on... so I said I cannot afford the down payment. So I tried to get myself on their mailing list to get info of any promotional sign up they may have and the rep just continuously stated that I HAD to come in just to give them my email... How can you make someone HAVE to come in when I am telling I cannot afford the down payment. .. just sign me up for emails... WOW... Not helpful At All!!!!
I love this place its like my second home and love to make all kinds of gains :)
