After purchasing a 5 ton AC unit, Cool Solutions installed a cheaper 4 ton unit and altered their copy of the installation invoice. After 4 years of problems, it was explained to us by the manufacturer, that the unit was not compatible with the coils installed inside my HVAC unit. Complaining to my heater repair company of constant water under the heater, it was found to be the coils from Cool Solutions freezing up and melting inside.
