We had an extremely disappointing experience. The dermatologist was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in compassion. The way my wife was spoken to was so disrespectful that it brought her to tears. No patient should ever leave a doctor's office feeling humiliated or belittled. Professionalism and bedside manner matter just as much as medical knowledge, and this practice failed on both. We will never return and would not recommend this office to anyone expecting to be treated with basic kindness and respect.
I had a great experience. She was friendly, patient, and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. I’m really happy with the care I received and would definitely recommend her.
She is certainly very knowledgeable, but the overall experience felt more transactional. The visit was quite fast-paced, and her communication style was very direct, intense, loud, and rapid. The delivery often felt ‘in your face’ and somewhat assumptive, which came across as abrupt and slightly condescending. I appreciate when professionals are straightforward and respect my time. Dr. Goldman was exactly that knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful. The appointment was smooth and electronic check-in made it hassle-free. She took the time to address all my concerns without rushing me. Highly recommend for anyone looking for honest and competent care without the usual fluff.
No one was at the front desk when I arrived, and then I was recommended something I didn’t initially ask for, even though I previously had a prescription for the product I asked for. This new prescription was some weird off product that cost $90, and when I notified them about the price, they submitted it to another pharmacy. That next pharmacy wanted the previous pharmacy to remove a coupon they had. So this entire process wasn’t smooth, and worst of all, the staff do not pick up their phones.
