I appreciate when professionals are straightforward and respect my time. Dr. Goldman was exactly that knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful. The appointment was smooth and electronic check-in made it hassle-free. She took the time to address all my concerns without rushing me. Highly recommend for anyone looking for honest and competent care without the usual fluff.
No one was at the front desk when I arrived, and then I was recommended something I didn’t initially ask for, even though I previously had a prescription for the product I asked for. This new prescription was some weird off product that cost $90, and when I notified them about the price, they submitted it to another pharmacy. She didn't know what I had, she had to google it. She seemed to be in a rush as if she was on the phone with her friends and I interrupted. She is very amateur, I have no idea how someone can have an office like that unless her dad paid for it. But I do not recommend her, she lacks professionalism, experience, and seniority a doctor should have. She was not of any help. Look somewhere else I would say. Dr Chloe Goldman is so knowledgeable and quick to solve an issue. She did a keloid removal about 2 years ago on my ear and NEVER grew back. She’s so nice and funny and her personality makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommended Dr. Goldman!!!
