The clinics phone line is always busy and the nursing staffs were very rude and unapologetic. They told a 95 years old patient about taking one week for approval and scheduling of a ct scan while the patient is suffering from the excruciating pain of the kidney stone. It turn out that it only took 2-3 days for approval and scheduling as confirmed by the insurance company. When the scan result was available, no analysis was provided to the patient. Worst office EVER. Do not care about their patients. Have waited 2 months to get urgent biopsy results, finally call them for the 6th time and they tell me to come in for the results, get there and they say they don’t have them and to come back a different day. Do not go here. They do not care about your health.
