Today was my 1st time visiting Chill and Heal Spa. My back has/ had been hurting for over a week now. Im not one to believe in a miracle, but today I had one 3 minute session of Cryotherapy and as soon as I stepped out, I could already tell it helped my aches and pain with my back. So now, I am a believer in miracles..LOL. I highly recommend this spa, Riley was very polite, professional and also very informative. I will be back for this and other treatments. I was thoroughly impressed with this business. As I age I notice I have more nagging pain and it’s almost like a miracle chamber, the next day you wake up feeling 100%. 5 star!
The staff is so friendly an helpful. They talk you through the whole process and make sure you are comfortable. I can't wait to go back again!

Amazing place to come and relax and try a new therapy. Experienced the Whole Body Cryo Chamber and it was and adventure. You just need to experience it for yourself. Amazing. The Spot Treatment on my arm brought instant relief through the night and I am still pain free today.. two months of pain at night and some movements during day. Cryofacial is splendid!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
