Today was my first time trying the whole body Cryotherapy. I loved it and the friendly staff. Ms. Courtney explained everything and made me feel comfortable. I have muscle and joint pain all over my body and was trying to find other alternatives besides pain medication. I felt a whole lot better after that one session, especially in my knees. I will be going back real soon to try other services as well!!!!
I tried the whole body cryotherapy twice last week! I was sooooo skeptical at first about "immediate relief" and I was soooo happy to find that is completely true!!! I haven't had to take any medicine for my joints since going. Will definitely be back!! If you have not tried this yet- you need to go!! Like.... today!!! ��
Had my first experience today & it was awesome! The owner walked us through the building & explained each room in detail, answered all of our questions & put my mind at ease. I was skeptical at first (as I'm sure most are), but my neck already feels less stressed. I'll definitely be back!! Y'all go try it �
