I had the opportunity to try the full body Cryotherapy. I felt energized at first--when I first got out it was a great rush. Then after a few minutes of warming up and relaxing, I felt very relaxed. My mid-back tightness and soreness was loosened up. I was also excited to have the chance to work out the effects of Leg Day on the Normatec just like Shaq! A wonderful experience!!!!!
We love it and have been several times! It's helped my rheumatoid arthritis and I've even had pain relief for my bone spur. I have NOT had to take medication for either all week since starting these treatments. I LOVE this concept and even my teenager (who has scoliosis and back pain) has done the treatments. Anything that relieves pain and doesn't require pain meds a MIRACLE!
