RecommendedTruly the best thing to do for pain and inflammation. Went by this morning, I have been dealing with herniated disc pain for 3 weeks, to get some relief and I wish I had been coming since the injury happened. Just amazing how good this type of therapy works. I will go back daily while this injury is healing. I know it speeds up recovery time.
Had my first experience with Chill And Heal Spa yesterday. The service is awesome!! Riley was so wonderful. Polite, professional and so helpful. Had the facial and full body therapy. I felt so good afterwards. In fact, I enjoyed Chill And Heal Spa so much that I’m going back again today for other services. If you haven't tried it you are missing out. Full body cryo is a great way to recover from my Camp Gladiator - Shreveport/Bossier City workouts! The staff is always very friendly and you will be in and out in 20 minutes!
Been twice for spot treatment. Both times it helped ASAP. Had the full-body treatment, and felt better. I highly recommend those two treatments.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was explained and all of my questions were answered. This was my first time to go to Chill and Heal and my back already feels better! I am looking forward to trying the facial!

I have been doing full body cryotherapy at C&H since it's opening. Very invigorating and certainly feel it reduces overall inflammation. Also follow my full body session with the 30 minute shape pod- very relaxing.
