Chill and Heal was awesome and so relaxing. They were able to move up my appointment because life happens! The staff was so friendly and helpful!! They also have amazing daily specials!!
Tonight was my second time with the whole body treatment on the second level and it was amazing! My energy level is through the roof and feel better than the first session. I was told that you burn anywhere from 500 to 800 calories each time! Can’t wait to go back! Come on peps it’s your turn!
A friend recommended Chill and Heal for my post-surgery ankle pain ... which has led to knee pain as well. Owners are so nice and knowledgeable about their services and explain everything about it. I had a 3-minute whole body session and then a treatment concentrating on my ankle. Both my knee and ankle felt better immediately but the day after was amazing - very little pain! I will keep going back on a regular basis.

I can't say enough about the staff. They always make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I've enjoyed and recommend their services. I am definitely experiencing the benefits from Chill and Heal. I highly recommend this place.
I had the best experience at Chill and Heal Spa today. The environment was clean, beautiful, and inviting. I had the 30 minute Sauna shape pod session. will be scheduling more!!!

Yesterday was my first experience at Chill and Heal and I thoroughly enjoyed the sauna pod. Staff was great and I felt very comfortable in their environment. So, yes, I recommend Chill and Heal! Go try it out!
